Topic: Best location for my 3D printer?

I'm getting my 1st 3D printer tomorrow, the da vinci 1.0, and was just curious where most of you have your 3D printer located.

The best place for me is right next to my desktop monitor. But I'm worried that it might be unsafe for me to be exposed to it while it is printing for all the hours I am on the computer.

Also my computer room, especially during the summer, can be a little on the warm side, which Ive heard could be a good thing for 3D printing.

I can't wait to start printing! big_smile

Ideally near a window so you can fully enclose and ventilate it. In normal operating conditions 3D printers have been deemed safe by most folks, but if the temperature control fails, toxic gases can be produced.
