It didn't slice very well in Slic3r 096, so I recommend Skeinforge or KISSlicer for this one.  Set the extrusion width to .35mm so the wall prints as 2 perimeters.  I recommend acetone smoothing to add strength, especially to keep the edge from splitting.

Very nice Ian!

I'm surprised the base didn't warp, its quite large and flat. My first guess was you printed in PLA, but then mentioned acetone smoothing so it must be ABS.

Re: Snowflake Cookie Cutter

The base is about 95mm.  It was kapton with a bit of hairspray in a closed case, so it was pretty good.  Also the base is mostly an open ring so there aren't many places where the force from shrinkage can reach all the way across the print.

Going to print this when I get home.

Re: Snowflake Cookie Cutter

I designed and printed a snowflake cookie cutter too, but mine doesn't look like yours.  Guess it's true what they say...   Nice job Ian.

Ian, any chance we can get your KISS slicer config in a nice downloadable ini?
