Manual controls

Had a similar post in Maintaince.  Could not get answer  Have new e3d, new power supply and mk4
I didn't fool around with circuit board. When plugged in new fan works, light comes on
And in manual controls all the home buttons  work. When I try to use the arrows individually
none work.  Please help
