Topic: hex socket size

Hey guys, I'm about to build a filastruder knockoff because I'm impatient and I don't want to wait for the lead time :-) However, I am planning to buy the motor from the store. What's the size of the hex coupling socket to the motor and/or the diameter of the motor shaft? I'd like to make just one McMaster order.

Motor shaft is 3/8".
