Topic: Updating firmware fail
In trying to update the firmware on the SD2, I get the not in sync error and the protocol error.
Any ideas on getting past this?

This seems to be a problem with incorrect bootloaders on the shipped microcontroller. Support have acknowledged that a small batch have this problem. Please contact them and ask for a replacement microcontroller.

I emailed them last night about the issue. They did already sent out the jigsaw yesterday. Wish I had known about the inability to update the firmware so they didn't have to blow more $ on shipping.
