Yeah, that is a negative.

On the one hand, I understand. You don't want to over-expand, overextend, or lose control of quality.

On the other hand, JIT manufacturing can frustrate the customer if you can't keep up.

OT.. but in order to support effective JIT.. you need ERP so you can produce a Dashboard to stay on top of it. Its clear SD don't have ERP given their lack of interest in even running RequestTracker (which is free.. and pretty much the standard for service providers for example...) But then theres the whole Chicken-and-Egg situation of even a 'cheap' install of SAP or PeopleSoft aint exactly cheap... or quick wink
