Topic: Week 2 Solidoodle II Print Challenge (spinning top)

Hopefully we can still get the specific forum folder setup for this, but here is the week 2 challenge.

I have had a few gos at this, and it is very difficult to get the eight legs to stay firmly onto the bed until the print is far enough along to join them up.

If you can get this to stick properly, you can probably get most things to stick.

I printed this at .3mm layer thickness.  I've got 2 spools of red abs and a spool of purple and they all look pink when printed.

When I try to print this i get a crazy amount of curling on the overlaps and it ends up making horrible noises when the head scrapes over top of the layers. I decided to quit while i was ahead smile
