Topic: Best way to print this coupler?

I need to print this coupler. What is the best way to do it? Do I need to enable support?

Thank you in advance for your help,

CB

Vertical.  I don't think you will need support, just make sure you use at least 4 perimeters.

Thanks. I scaled the STL to 50% and this is the output with 0.3 mm profile with 40% infill, and 4 perimeters. I might try 0.2mm profile and increase to 5 perimeters (Slic3r 0.9.9)

That's a good plan.  Smaller layer sizes are inherently easier to do overhangs with since there is less extension.  You may also want to use a cooling fan, since this greatly helps in freezing the plastic in place before it curls excessively.
