Error Codes

I was printing a design and when it was done I had a error code 0031. I tried for some time to try and clear it, but couldn't figure it out so we tried turning it off and then back on again. The printing table is all the way up and when I tried to calibrate it I got error code +251, +215, +250. Anyone have any clue on what to do? called the help number and they are closed due to covid.
