Help- Da Vinci Mini

Hello all, I am desperate for help. A little under a year ago I did an update tom my Mini and when the firmware for the printer was installing the printer just ended up sounding like it was loading and never stopped. Some how somebody on here helped me wake it back up. Well it has happened again, when it is turned on it just sits there and hums or sounds like its loading and will not do anything else. It doesnt have a light on in the front at all, but i have checked the power supply and it is okay. Can someone please help me wake this thing up again so that i can use it as it has been such a great printer. Please just message me or show me the answer, it will be appreciated so much....
