Topic: In need of some advice - da vinci jr 1.0

Hi there, I'm from South Africa(struggling to find original products) and bought a da vinci jr 1.0 and with that I got a few cartridges, but not for this model. I contacted xyz support and they asked me whole lot of questions, after about 4 mails of cross examination, they told me that they don't give support to South Africa.

So what I have is a raspberry pi 3+, arduino and ntag 213 coming.
My question is what is the best and cheapest way to make use of these filament cartridges {pic incl}

I thank you in advance for your help.

Sorry to hear you purchased a Davinci jr 1.0. IMHO these machines are over priced under sized over hyped junk.
The marketing department keeps this company running. The come up with any and every excuse to not give customer support. They can be ok printers but you need to overcome the restriction on filament.
I still do not understand how many web sites give these good reviews.

get a reputable name brand printer that is open soured or at lest uses an open source filament system.
