Topic: Orders with Solidoodle

Has anyone had any issues ordering items from Solidoodle's store for things NOT the printer itself?

I sent support an email yesterday because I ordered the replacement 2mm Kapton tape and got a generic reply this morning letting me know what the shipping status of solidoodle2 machines was. Um, great... thanks.

I ordered my replacement tape the 24th of last month.

Am I alone on this?

Update:

I got a reply asking for the order number. So I sent the following message along, "Sorry my copy of the order was attached to the first email, didnt know it wouldnt be kept with the reply. Its order 3856."

See that part at the end?

Pretty cryptic I guess because I got the reply, "We need a name or an order number to deal with this matter."


Wonderful. I guess I can expect my order never at this rate.
