Topic: error code 0014 da vinci 3 in 1 pro

Good morning, someone solved error code 0014 on this printer ? excessive overheating of the extruder? It always gives me the error 0014 even if I mount the laser engraver that has nothing to do with the temperature as a laser. Also do you know a link to a new firmware? Thank you.

Inspect the wiring on the hotend PCB assembly for wires and/or crimps in poor shape.  If possible using a DMM use the continuity position to check for good wiring back to the control board.

At the same time using the resistance position check the temp sensor and heater resistance values.

NOTE: Remove the power cord from the printer when checking the wiring and taking measurements to prevent any damage to the printer components.
