Topic: Powder paint from Hobby Lobby as a colorant?

Does anyone know if I could use a powder colorant from Hobby Lobby to color my pellets.  I want to be able to make my own tones and would like to know if anyone has tried the dried powdered colors from such hobby places as Hobby Lobby.

If so, please let me know because I do not want to buy packs of primary colors.  I want to be liberal and make my own colors.

I've used the Jacquard mica powders before, and it did color the plastic.  It slightly alters extrusion though so you have to dial in different settings for each color.
