Da Vinci nano filament jamming

I've been unable to print for anything longer than 45min.

It gives a jam message.

I hope someone has figured it out before as I doubt I'm the first.

It's almost finished the spool that came with it and i switched over to a highly recommended not XYZ brand filiment, I changed the heat. and cleaned the rollers, changed the heat again. Went to the original XYZ filiment and so far nothing. This is attempt number 6.

I would like to be certain before upgrading or swapping out parts that was entirely unnecessary, (as it is a habit of mine).

I have been lost with nozzles. XYZ has their own thread or I can use a MK10, and it's easy to replace and aftermarket ones are better, or it comes with the entire hot end, or there is a third party hot end I can use that is a simple switch....

more or less, what would someone more experienced do?
