Topic: Loose axis?

Is it normal for the axis to be loose on this side I've tried to tighten down everything and nothing seems to make it better? Tried to up load video but here's a picture

there is a screw in the back, loosen it and push from the left and hold.

it doesn't fix all of the slack, but once i did that and got it leveled a bit more, i calibrated with .9 z offset and managed to push up and pull down on it just right and calibrated 0 z offset.
