I am always looking for stuff to print to keep the grand kids busy and I found this on the ultimaker website.

there are a bunch of puzzles available on Thingiverse - one of my favorites is the Square Deal Puzzle box (or the similar "Dyn-o-mite" version - same designer) There are 2 known solutions to these puzzles.
