Topic: Prints only print rough on the right side of the printer

Printer: Monoprice Select v2
Filament: Overture White PLA
Printing Temp: 220º C

I just switched to this filament (cheap from Amazon) and it prints fine until it gets to the right side of the object (see attached pics).  I am at a loss for a setting to address this.  I am going to do a temperature test print as well as an overall quality check but I have not run into this before where a specific area of each print is being affected.

i would suggest that 220 is too hot... try 200
also make sure the spool is turning freely, not hanging up at all

Do you have a layer fan and does it blow from only one side?

Is it bowden fed? When it gets to the rough side the tube could be making the filament hang up
