Topic: Loosing my Z???
So once I get the heat ect right it’s all good but on many of my prints I loose the z axis before I start. I can see the gap... sometimes the filament gets so cold it won’t stick. If I can get past that the prints look good.

If you mean your bed to nozzlwgap is changing then only three things can cause it. The adjusting screws on the bed are not under enough spring tension and can be moved by vibration. Or the limit switch mounting on your axis is loose. Or finally on an auto leveling system the sensor used to detect the bed on the hot end is loose.
