Topic: Davinchi 1.0a Fails to execute repetier properly
So I just want to say how I do not want this to be my first post. Also guides here seem to be helpful.
I recently bought an XYZ Davinchi 1.0A for dirt cheap with a broken tensioner. Fixed it and ran a test print without ever hooking it to a pc because I had already read the print quality was low. I leveled the bed and jumped the J37 pin.
1. Download arduino 1.8.0 and install.
2. Download the repetier file and go into the arduino due file and replace the hardware files in the arduino package to the modified repetier ones.
3. Connect flashed printer and see which com port. In my case 3 or 4.
4. Configure printer settings to 1 and 1 in the sketch to match that it’s a Davinchi 1.0A
5. Upload sketch...
6. Restart printer
7. ( have a beautiful paperweight that connects and disconnects from windows)
8. Re do all with a downgraded bossa driver...
9. Fail for the next 6 hours.
10. Beg here for help because my brain is looking like scrambled eggs
