Sorry for not making this clear: yes, the leads screw and motor type are correct and identical now.
Also I have since realized the stock motor lead screw wasn't actually bent and the issue was how the bearings were screwed in place.
For the above tests I have actually been using the stock motor with its stock lead screw and nut.
I did mention in my previous post some causes I think may be the issue. You might have missed them.
