Topic: Printing World Architecture

As a fan of architecture, I think about turning those pieces of architecture that I like into real objects in the form of 3D prints and started to print some of my favorite landmark buildings all over the world.

First stop is the MahaNakhon Tower in Bangkok, Thailand! No doubt one of my absolute favorites! I tweaked the 3D model a bit in order to print as an .STL file. And I used the da Vinci mini w to print it. If anyone's also interested in printing architecture, please join me here and share your own prints! big_smile

The only architecture thing I've printed is an Eiffel Tower.

there is a fair number of such files on thinivers and other similar sites.

Thanks for sharing this! Nice print you've got there! Did you use the translucent green PLA? How about the full size? Would love to see the full size of it! smile

I'll have to take a photo of the whole thing.  I printed that using the translucent green resin that came with my Anycubic Photon.  I was amazed at the level of detail.

I looked up that building in Bangkok...and amazing piece of design and architecture!  How did you learn of it?

only for model railroad use

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs
