I fear this problem may have been self-inflicted.

After going through the models and slicer settings, I uninstalled both Photon Slicer and ChiTuBox.  After re-installing them and configuring ChiTuBox, the problem has not re-occurred. 

I realize even though they are both the same program at the core, I must have done something to the settings to both programs.  I cannot imagine what, since they are both rather generic and limited in their user options.

Prints are turning out great!  I'll periodically monitor them for dimensional correctness, and use the test pattern if further troubleshooting is needed.
