where to get a heater cartridge

so i have not touched my printer in a few years... i think it is just the solidoodle 2
it was working fine for the past 3 days (other than needing a recalibration) and i started getting an error on new repetier program... i think it was m999 or something and it said something about the heater being reset but from a quick google i could not find much and just assumed it was something to do with the new program and restarting the program seemed to fix it

but any way long story short it looks like the heater cartridge died... i checked the cable for brakes and that power is not being sent from the bored with a multimeter and it all seems fine tho i got no clue what i am doing here

what sort of heater cartridge am i looking for ? i cant seem to find any what would fit

i assume the old one broke because it had like thermal paste or something holding it in place that dried up or something? there was powder coming out of the hole its in so i assume i need to get something like that as well?
