xyz parts

I just purchased a used Da Vinci 1.0a and got the issue 0031. It turns out the u shaped ir sensor for y axis is missing.
Does anyone know where I can buy one. I read xyz doesn't sell parts. But I have't tried calling them yet. Did a couple
hours of searching on ebay, amazon, banggood and gearbest with no luck.
