Topic: Plastic wrapping around extruder

I just got a new da Vinci mini, after having trouble with the XYZwear I finally got it to print. When it was printing the plastic that was being printed attached its self to the extruder and wrapped around it.I took out a metal plate and there was a big blob of plastic in the spot where the extruder should go. Any advice on how to fix this and get it to not do it next time?

Sounds like the nozzle is to close to the bed. You need to raise your Z axsis.

Many possible causes, need picture of the bed, the print and the hotend to be able to tell for sure.
