I have a friend that has an some antique  cars that need parts that aren't available
is their a website that has the cad file for antique car parts.
He is thinking of getting a 3d metal printer to print them.

Re: Old car part cad files

I print various parts for my Alfa Romeo, and old air-cooled VWs.  I model them myself.  I'm not aware of any sites that have repositories for parts models, much less ones to be printed from metal.

Unless you can find it on Thingiverse you will most likely have to learn CAD and design it yourself. This could actually be a business opportunity if you are good with CAD. You could design and sell the files for those who need them.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Re: Old car part cad files

He has 4 Studebaker's that need various parts internal and external.
He is going to go through each car and make me a list.

Some of the small parts I will draw up print in PLa and do lost wax
casting

Thanks
