Topic: filament break now extruder not loading

hi all

i have a davinci 1.0, while printing the filament broke, i removed the broken end but now i cannot load more filament.

my question is how do i clear any blockage?

try unload filament first to get the broke filament out, if that doesn't work, check youtube on how to clean you hotend
