hi just picked up a maker select 3d printer and am still learning.  hope to soon figure out how to take a image I have that I have and make it 3d it is a 2d logo.

Lawsy carriages. linear bearings. Y axis direct drive, Kinect scanner

you could use the lithopane program found here http://www.imprimindo3d.com.br/ its in portuguese but has an english setting. pretty easy to figure out also

Easey just import your 2d svg logo a a 2 d sketch. then select construct , extrude  and either pull the surface(S) up or plug in a number.
