Topic: Y axis carriage tilt?

I'm curious is the Right side Y axis carriage supposed to wobble? I noticed it only has one teflon tube and a screw with a block on the bottom to squeeze both on the rods. Even if I tried to get it as tight as possible it still feels like a mm or so gap but I can always tilt it back and fourth on the teflon tube. Is there supposed to be a second tube or something there to prevent this?
