Bozo... sent me the data back, from one that I was using.   I then changed the UId, PW and Pack to a brand new one and I am up and running.

EDIT:
For anyone else that would like the solution, here is the file that got me running.  Runs as is ( unless you happened to already use this UID. 
After that, just update the UID, Password and PACK to a new on from the list.
