Topic: Davinci 1.0 flashed to .92 Problem

I got the printer already modded with repetier v .91. There had been a high temperature event that melted the custom housing for the ED3 hot end. I think during that event the thermistor also got fried.

Fast forward to now, I've replaced the housing and the thermistor. At that point there as no temperature information from the hot end getting to Repetier host but it would still heat up and not turn itself off. I could also manually control the X, Y & Z movements through Repetier host. I did some searching around the internets and figured I'd better upgrade the firmware to .92 so as not to burn my house down.

I followed the instructions on the git hub for .92 except that I needed to use the most recent Arduino IDE because 1.6.9 doesn't play well with OS Sierra. I compiled and sent the new firmware to the printer, YAY!

Unfortunately now I have no control of the printer because I get a cut out error message. Seems to be the safety cut off I wanted in the first place except now it makes it so I can't do anything with the printer at all. I believe I'm getting a decouple error but I don't understand what that means.

I found this forum while at work so if any more information would be helpful please let me know and I'll get it for you when I get home.

Thanks!
