Topic: object still not printing in center

As I posted  before, even tho in RH when I load an object  it looks centered but when actually printing it prints in upper right of the bed. I did load the G-code from standalone  Slic3r into RH  as suggested but no luck.  Any other suggestions?

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

What settings do you have in your standalone slic3r settings/printer settings tab
bed size x=? y=?
print center x=? y=?   should be x=75 y=75
