Topic: Printing , now not, Now Fixed again

OK, So after much hassle I finally have this thing printing pretty well.
1. Run the Offset cal every day prior to printing, it wanders for no known reason.
2. I keep the lid open at the height it has when sitting on the closed door.
This prevents overheat but holds enough heat to prevent bad warping.
3. Cheap hairspray on the glass.
4. Adjust the Filament Extrusion Multiplier to work with your filament diameter. Mine is at 0.95 but I may reduce it a bit more.
5. Retract the filament 5mm or more as soon as a print completes.
6. Preheat the Bed via the Config screen to withing a few degrees of of temp, then extrude 5mm BEFORE you hit Print.

I now have the Face and chin for the XLRobots X1 female robot nicely done and a Dragon Keepsake box  in good shape.
I'm in progress on a wearable ARC Reactor, Several test prints as well.

For those still having trouble with small top items: Put Two on the bed a few inches apart.
I was down for a seminar at Stratasys, THEY still have that problem on Multi thousand dollar machines!!!
Solution they gave is print more than one at a time.
The time it takes for the head to travel back and forth gives the material time to cool.
I got good prints of 2 of the hollow Pyramid with a hole in the base by doing this.

And now Not, the Bed heater crapped out.
