Topic: Firmware [w10 flash solved!]

Does anyone have a copy of their original instructions with pictures? I have updated my firmware once before trying to get this POS to work.

I believe the correct site is support.solidoodle.com/hc/en-us/articles/201317740-Firmware but the page just says "Account not active". Is solidoodle broke? Their whole support site is down!

I see the Teensy serial in device manager, but hid_bootloader_cli is getting hung up waiting to find it.

Power on, put a jumper on JP3 (center of board) then shorted those pins in box #3 in the picture until windows made the noise like a USB disconnect.

My command, for the record hid_bootloader_cli -mmcu=at90usb1286 -w -v SolidoodlePress_Latest_FW_E3D_Ready.cpp.hex

wrong jumper to boot the board for me.

The correct one is called JP6.

So fyi, those insctructions above didnt work

I'm not booting the board like you would with an external flasher, though I tried that too. It should be plugged in and powered on.
