Topic: Do I need any other programs

Hi I am about to order a Atlas 3D from Tim plus some filastuder upgrades.
The question is do I need to download any programs to run on my laptop win10 as I have never seen or owned a rasberry pi other than reading about it on the web or is everything I need on the sd card

If you're ordering the complete kit (including the Rpi), all you'll need to connect and scan, is a browser. 

You will need a few apps to do post scan cleaning and fixing, like MeshLab and/or Meshmixer.

To print or, 3D print, that is the question...
SD3 printer w/too many mods,  Printrbot Simple Maker Ed.,  FormLabs Form 1+
AnyCubic Photon, Shining 3D EinScan-S & Atlas 3D scanners...
...and too much time on my hands.

Hi another question
Have ordered from Filastruder and have printed all the parts.
Do the nuts and bolts come with the kit or do I need to buy them and if so how many I have the list of sizes but not sure of the quantity and finding a supplier in the uk is another matter as suppliers in the uk have the attitude (you buy what we have not what you want).

I'm not sure which kit you bought, but the original kit I got (where I had to print my own parts), came with all the necessary hardware.

From what I read on the Filastruder site, if you are printing the parts you will need to provide the fasteners also.

Actually all of the fasteners come with the scanner kit and the enclosure kit. I would know, after bagging a few thousand nuts and bolts big_smile
