Topic: Atlas scanner not working

When I powered up my scanner , the laser light s work, but no other lights come on. I work a static wrist device, can this be a defective Raspberry Pi B+ board, Ive checked all of my connections?

reconnected the cables on the raspberry pi board, and the light on the back is coming on now.
