Topic: X-axis sticks

My Press's x-axis sticks when it moves, and this causes it to lose track of where the extruder is, which cases two major problems: 1. My Press can no longer reach the left side of the build volume to lower and raise its z-probe. 2. My Press can't print because each successive layer is shifted to the right (since it thinks the extruder is farther left than it actually is).

Has anyone else experienced this issue? It appeared suddenly with no apparent cause, and no software or hardware changes (I'm using Repetier Host btw).

Fixed it: the set screws in the pulley were just loose, not that it was easy to tell. I just had to remove the side panels and tighten the screws.
