Topic: infill problems

just recieved my RMA'd printer and i am getting the following problem.

the infill just does not adhere. on the first layer there seems to be big gaps between the tracks and it curls up and does not adhere to the layer below.

the perimeters seems to build ok.

any ideas?

Have you properly calibrated the unit. The factory usually will not and if they did the shipping would change it.

You need to confirm your steps per mm on the extruder are correct then properly adjust your flowrate.

I am guessing you are using Slic3r version 1.1.7? Switch back to version 1.0.0RC3
