Topic: Extruder

Hello,

Everything time I start a print (230 temp and filament)  about halfway through every print it's starts clicking and gets clogged.  I stop the print and push a 1.5 mm Allen wrench through it to unclog.  Filament comes out and I try the print again.  No luck.  What should u do

Dip the end of filament in mineral oil eery once in a wgile this solved almost all provlems for me
Also make sure that the spool turns smoothly with minimal friction

Does the filament bulge or kink just before it enters the heat break?

What type of filament are you using, ABS or PLA?

No
