Hello

Is there a away to get better, more accurate bed probing? (as in more probe points, wider apart..etc?

Solidoodle posted a firmware update that lets you change the probing via commands. Also activates the bottom Z limit switch. See Solidoodle web site.

awesome, thats really good to know

is there an easy way to flash the new FW? or is it still through some archaic 3rd party usb interface where I have to take apart my printer to access the pins...etc?

download the file  then when printer is on  you set the jumpers as told on the page  then start the file then you done

yes you need to open the mb bay door and set the 2 jumpers as described
