Topic: Left or right

Are the lasers identified as left and right as looking from the camera at the turntable, or from the turntable looking at the camera?  The former would seem most logical but as I haven't been able to find it anywhere, I thought I better check with those who alreary have the system operational.

AS looking from the back toward the turntable.
