Topic: New Ceramic Hotend
Read about this on Hack a Day and I think it looks very promising. I've seen custom hotends that extrude ceramic before and maybe someday we'll be able to print replacement hotend parts.

I'd like to get ahold of him and purchase one of those ceramic parts for a replacement hot end. Any idea his contact info?

I have one of these on order. I am planning on testing it out for my Bowden hot end. The only problem is that it is 2.9 inches long. Using it for a solidoodle replacement probably won't work.
The ubis one still has peek in it so your still limited on temp. I have one of the ceramic ones listed at the top but he still had to use a ptfe insert becaust of plastic sticking. I plan on using mine for my delta build I'm wrapping up.

Face -> Palm. I didn't see that until now. I am buying these for my company to test the quality. It didn't need to be ceramic. I actually have purchased several other hot ends as well. This was the only "ceramic" one. I would love to know how to get one made. I am looking into getting one sourced locally.
