Topic: Help with proper printing
Hi, first post on this forum.
When printing with a solidoodle, the nozzle tends to catch on the print and knock the print off course. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,

just a guess, maybe the bed isn't level.
How would I fix the bed level?

First hit for "Solidoodle bed level" in google:
After you level the bed, you will want might want to calibrate your feed/flow rate as well.

I highly recommend using Slic3r instead of the default version Skeinforge that comes from Solidoodle. My bed was already level, but I encountered the same problem of prints being knocked down after trying unsuccessfully to adjust some settings. I found Slic3r a lot easier to calibrate and keep that way as there is only one flow adjustment value I need to change.
The solidoodle wiki has a good post on extruder calibration too.

Everything up and running now?
