Topic: Hotend and bed not heating up

I received my Solidoodle 2 printer after 4 months wait. I tried to print, but it would not since the extruder was at a low temperature. I tried to raise the temp, but it would not. What should I do?

Maybe check the connections to be sure everything is fully plugged in. I know some folks mentioned they had some connections not fully plugged in before.
