Topic: Does anyone know of a control board compatible with the Press?

I'm still waiting to hear from Solidoodle with a status on my motherboard.  After reading some of the posts about tech support delays, I was thinking about getting a spare board to get up and running again.

So, I was wondering if there is a low cost board that would work with the Press.  It doesn't have to interface with Soliprint since I use Repetier Host anyway, but of course it needs to have the firmware for the bed leveling.

I know the Press is new, but has anyone swapped out their board?  Or at least is familiar enough with 3D printers to have an educated guess as to what might work?

Any board will work with the press. The best bang for your buck is probably a RAMPS setup with 1/32 microstepping drivers. I like the RUMBA, like a lot, but if you throw in DRV8825 drivers, it's about $120 - not exactly cheap.

Thanks for the info.  It gives me something to look into.
