Check out AUTODESK's 123Capture, or something like that.

It's been out for a year or something, so I suspect it might be more mature smile.


Eitherway, thanks for the link! i am going to try autodesk first (...i've had it for a year..) but if that doesn't work too well I'll be trying your link!

Seems like 123Capture, which I have used with limited success.  It all depends on just how precisely you want your 3D model to be, and how much work you are willing to do to clean it up.
