Topic: Firmware 1.1J / Which Software?
I just got a Da Vinci 1.0 and of course immediately upgraded to firmware 1.2.3. I now plan on downgrading to 1.1J. What is the recommend XYZ.exe software to use with this firmware? Can I use 1.1.33.3?

If you're not going to reset cartridges then whatever is the most current, I imagine.

You can really use any as long as you plan on blocking xyz from connecting to the internet.
I'm using the version that came with my printer, simply because I don't want to upgrade.

You can use 1.1.33 but you *must* block xyz.exe with the windows firewall or littlesnitch on a mac (google "how to block exe with windows" etc).
if you're on 1.2.3 it may work, but I strongly suggest that you downgrade back to 1.1.J using the DAVINCI_1_0_RESET.zip file in the http://wctek.com/shop download area.
make sure you block the xyz.exe (XYZWare) before you do anything or it will re-upgrade to 1.2.3 in the background without asking you (pretty lame).
