Topic: Z motor rotates slightly back and forth during print.

The video is sped up a little so it will be clearly visible, As you can see there is some "wobble" between layer jumps. Is that normal?

Do you mean the rod on the motor or the whole motor rotates?I can't see the motor itself moving in that video just the rod, thats normal.

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

They used a ridged coupler so any warping in the Z screw will be transferred to the motor. The sheet metal the motor is mounted to is weak in my opinion and allows the motor to pivot. This is actually a good thing as it keeps the motion away from the build platform. So I would not worry about it. I am pretty sure they all do it to some degree. If you build a tall object then home the Z you can see the wobble then. Since the platform has dual  smooth rods it will take some force to move the bed in a horizontal direction.
