Any tips? Is it a calibration issue?
I got things like that to work better by adding a bed stabilizer and a cooling fan, but I still had problems with some parts.

These both fit my SD2, other models or even other slightly different versions of the SD2 may or may not work :-(.
Why did I post this in the Solidooddle general discussion? If one the moderators comes by this thread can you move it to Help/Repair/Maintenance?
If you mean the thin tower is knocked off when another part of the layer is printer and the hotend moves to the thin tower, then there's a solution for that. If you mean it gets knocked of when being printed itself, then I myself donkt know a solution.
Solution for the first is adding an option in your slic3r to instead of moving from one part of the layer to the next to move the bed down, move the nozzle to the new place, and move the bed back up again.
